How do I know how much I owe on past subscriptions? It says I have a billing problem with a past subscription.. help please

Queer Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement

i do not see any subscriptions but it still says there is a billing problem when I try to download any other apps
