Touch screen acting up

Aight im having a very annoying issue somestimes in my settings and maybe in other apps when I search for something and try to choose the first option it wont register any of my taps but if I click onto the 2nd option click out and go to click on the first option it works.

Touch Screen problem Hi, anybody else out there having problems with their ipad touch screen? Mine seems to a developed a mind of its own. For example when I play Blocuduku it sometimes won't let me place shapes and other times drops shapes where it sees fit. On safari it registers inputs other than where I'm touching the screen. Have I downloaded a rogue element or is this a physical problem with the device?

I’ve tried resetting to factory settings but my screen still does not respond to my taps. Especially this problem occurs on the top right part of my screen and my keyboard when I’m typing. -
