Accessibility to Microphone/Camera/Contacts

I recently tried to increase storage on my iPhone 7 by deleting a couple unused Apps. I did not restrict access to my Camera or Microphone however Apps like, WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Phone, Emails etc no longer has access to my contacts. I can use the applications for texting purposes but I am unable to make/receive calls, listen to voice notes that requires access to my Microphone. For instance WhatsApp has a pop up stating "To place calls, WhatApp needs to access your iPhone's microphone. Tap settings and turn on Microphone. While in settings I am not getting the option to turn my Privacy restriction off for any Apps. I need immediate support and did not receive a response last night.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I see that you are having a few issues with your iPhone 7. You are unable to access contacts from a few apps. Your Microphone is not working for calls or voice memos and you are not able to turn on Privacy restrictions for any apps. I want to help. Is your iPhone updated? If not, that would be a great first step. It’s a good idea to backup your iPhone before updating.

If your iPhone is already updated and the issues remain, I would recommend that you Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
