Stain/white dot

Got my iphone 11 on April and is fairly new, 1 month later I noticed the camera rings and the charging port area have some stains/dots which I can’t remove it even by following cleaning steps provided by Apple.

Any help on this?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hi Tay_98,

I see that you have noticed some white spots on your iPhone that you are unable to remove via cleaning. Have you had the opportunity to view them with a magnifying glass or camera from another iPhone? Sometimes these spots can actually be tiny scratches/dings that occur through normal daily life.

If you're unable to identify them, we'd suggest scheduling an appointment with an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store in your area. You can checkout your nearest Service & Support options here: Apple - Find Locations

Have a great day.
