How to add number row in keyboard

In the 13 years there have been iPhones, no iPhone has ever had a number row on the alphabetic keyboard. iPads don’t have it either, although there is a swipe option on the iPad keyboard to enter numbers and punctuation.

Install a 3rd party keyboard that offers that feature.

What "inbuilt" feature? You always have to press the 123 key to get a keyboard with numbers on it on an iPhone . Does yours not work that way?

Countless people use 3rd party keyboards without problem.

Um... no. You can't "keep" what was never there to begin with.
