Apple Health app missing from iPad, iPhone is fine

I am sure.... very sure that at one time the official health app from Apple was installed in my iPad... now I don’t see to find it, I tried search, I tried lo look for it in all folders and apps, slow and time consuming. I tried to find it on t(e Apple store with no luck. What happen?


on my iPhone is functional and running fine.


is the health app is not available for the iPad anymore? Is the the app with the heart On a white background not the iHealth with the iHealth word in a orange background.


any help?

Apple has never provided a Health App for the iPad. Any other App which is displayed in "Search" is a third party app.
