Why won't my iPad update to ios 11? I am unable to download Fortnight and can't use Disney+ subscription app because of this and I'm not going to buy a new ipad because of it (because I'm 8 years old). I think it is terrible that you won't support my ipad and I hope you fix this.

IF you go to settings - general - software update and it says it is up to date, then you have an older ipad that cannot get the newer ios.
You won't be able to use those apps.
there is nothing for Apple to fix.
You will need to ask your parents to buy a newer id, start doing chores around the house to earn money to buy one.
