App Store and iTunes

I am kicked out of my App Store and iTunes with no way to download and update and pay subscriptions of apps I have. How do I get back in.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

I just tried it and I see the same thing. I have tested it previously and not seen that. I just tried another method and got the same thing.

Unfortunately I do not know of, and do not think there is, a solution to a disabled App Store/iTunes account that does not involve contacting Apple Support. Hopefully it is temporary as stated in their message.
