New SE with att Esim problems

Since I got new SE and let att set up ESim every day Phone line stops working and I need to get on the chat with ATT technicians, give them IMEI and ICCID in order to fix it, but then next day again same thing happens.

this has been going on for couple weeks now, I’m not in US at this time and it’s really frustrating.

att said they escalade the situation in order to fix the problem, but no one got in touch with me.


apple tech, please help?

Sounds like it’s an AT&T issue, with their network and your account, not an Apple issue. And there are no Apple techs here. These are volunteer user to user community forums.


Seems like you’ll need to deal with AT&T on this.
