Are you sure you want to erase your Mac? See this quote "Back up your data, then restore to factory settings by turning off certain features and services, erasing your Mac, and reinstalling macOS"--from the link Eric Root's posted (Selling old Mac). Maybe you just want to Change your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202667. The best way to do that is to use the steps in the article below to make it belong to the new ID.
