Iphone Audio prioritization option for future IOS update

I have an Iphone XR that I link to my car with bluetooth for audio. I have a great factory audio and the sound is great through the car speakers. With that said, I recently upgraded my car audio with a Carplay interface that works with my factory headset and touch screen interface. With that said, the interface falls short on some of their claims for it's integration with my factory stereo. It does not work with the audio of my car but I can get video and touch screen through the interface.

The interface connects first with bluetooth and then with WIFI. The iphone prioritizes the majority of the Apps audio to the Carplay interface which has no audio connection to my stereo. I can select my car's bluetooth connection for my phone and I can play my online music with some work of disabling the bluetooth on my phone and re-enabling after the Carplay WIFI connection.

I would like to have a setting on my iphone that allows me to prioritize my audio without having to constantly play back and forth with my phone and my car's stereo settings. This way MAPS which looses the ability to choose the audio source for voice directions while in Carplay use can easily be established with a audio prioritization setting for all apps and services in my Iphone settings.

I would love to see this in IOS update. This update makes sense with folks like me wanting to upgrade car audio systems that are before Carplay included with today's factory audio systems. It makes sense to have a universal audio prioritization considering all the bluetooth and Wifi devices that connect to our phones.
