My iPhone doesn’t have the announce messages how do I get that on my phone

Go to Settings > Notifications > Announce Messages with Siri and make sure Announce Messages with Siri is turned on. Then tap Messages and make sure that Announce Messages with Siri is turned on there too. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is locked and its screen is dark.

Go to your i phone settings then open notifications. There u will find announce messages with siri u have to enable that and also enable announce messages from messages.

That feature does not work on the first generation AirPods.
