Why won’t my iPhone 5s automatically download the latest software 12.4.7? I have tried everything that apple has advised to do via laptops etc. Still won’t work! I haven’t been able to make phone calls for over a week! I cannot connect to 3 network! I have version 12.4.5. What the **** have apple done?
