I can’t receive calls nor make any calls because there’s no network on my phone. I’ve also tried updating it and to install it’s saying that it’s not connected to the internet when the phone actually is connected, so what can possibly be the problem?

I want to know the answer to my statement above

If you are unable make a call or receive; If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support


For your Internet connection.

  • Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
  • Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you
