I recieve an update call. I am not sure that I bought this app for my mac.

Can I trust this?

Has anyone goed expieriences ?

Intego can be backup-software that came with an external drive.

Click on Finder, Apps: is it listed there?

FWIW: you don't really need Intego backup-software. You can use TimeMachine that came with your Mac

a call as in a phone call?

if a phone call then it's a scam attempt I'd say, software venders don't call up customers
