If the iCloud email and password has forgotten, how to removed without going through this issues... what would be the other options...

Two Thoughts:
- Go to appleid.apple.com:
On another device, log in on appleid.apple.com. Disassociate this device from your Apple Account. Next, log in with your same credentials you used for logging into these forums. Or use the proper credentials, if it is to be used with a difference account.
- Contact the Current Owner:
If this is a used device, then I would assume it is assigned to a different Apple user. If so, the only option would to have that Apple user log in, and disassociate it from their account.
