Spam phone call?

A voice messages was sent to me saying my account is compromised. Is this true?

This sounds like a scam. Also, Apple does not call out of the blue like that.

A legitimate email from Apple (or any company) will address you by your full name that you registered with and will be free of spelling or grammar errors.
