My phone has frozen, i cant get off whatsapp amd it wont let me reset in itunes because i cant click trust this computer and it wont even turn off

HELP!

iphone 11 frozen iphone 11 pro max frozen following ios 14 update. Tried to force reset the phone by pushing volume keys and holding side button but it does nothing. When I plugged into itunes the computer will not allow the device to continue because it does not "trust" and I cannot allow the trust on my device because it is frozen. Please give me a fix.

Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...
