no private browsing
I’ve already enabled adult content, turned off all restrictions, done all the tutorial vids and i still have no private browsing mode on safari, plz send help.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. I understand that you do not have the option for private browsing on your iPad. I have a couple suggestions that may help you to resolve this issue.
This may be a restriction set up under screen time, to learn how to use you can go to this site:
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If this device was given to you by work or school it may have a profile that disables private browsing:
Install or remove configuration profiles on iPad
