I am trying to rename a bluetooth keyboard and I have tried everything on the web. it doesn’t work. it is driving me mad.

My Internet connection is slower than a snail today (just discovered that my provider is making some maintenance works near my house). I give up.

You need to reach out to the manufacturer of the keyboard. Not all Bluetooth accessories can be renamed. Clearly the one you have is such a device.
Assuming you're using these instructions to rename that BT accessory:--> Change the name of a Bluetooth accessory - Apple Support , perhaps that keyboard can't be renamed.
