LastPass Extension disappeared

I downloaded the extension app again but it doesn't appear in my list of extensions. How do I get it back?

Can't uninstall LastPass app! When I drag it to trash from Finder Applications,, it bounces back and says it can't uninstall because there are extensions still working. When I try to delete the extensions, it says it can't uninstall the extensions because the app is still there! Help!

Problems with my ipad, safari browser and Lastpass. I have been using Lastpass on windows platform forever. Now with Safari I am unable to find the correct extensions, or find the LastPass extension on the Safari Browser. It's probably simple but not for me right now. Can someone please help me! I understand you are unable to locate the extension for LastPass.

I would recommend reviewing this article from LastPass: A Change to the Safari Extension.
