Symantec /Norton is useless anti-virus software. The last version that did not cause performance issues in Mac was released about 1999.

The problem with such software is the they interfere with the protection you paid Apple to build into macOS.

Intelhaxm appears to be a developers tool for emulating non-Apple devices. If you don't know what it is for, you probably don't need it.

Thanks a lot for your clear answer

Really appreciate

I've tried to look for intelhaxm source location in my mac but i couldn't find it.

Meanwhile, I delete all the Symantec files plus the norton antivirus app, hopefully this will prevent the issue to happen again.

Im just wondering why this is happening only in past few days, while Norton app is been downloaded since more than 3 years.

Thanks again!
