Face Time
I have been using Face Time regularly. Yesterday Siri told me she can't open Face Time. Dont know why.
Have restarted computer several times, still wont open. Can't reach Apple support.
Any suggestions?

Can you start the app from the Dock (if it is there) or form the Applications Folder ?
IF it will not start that way either then Reset the NVRAM as a first step

If that does not work you will have to Restore the OS as it is the only way to Reinstall the app.
