iPad machine |B|roke

So my iPad says "iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes", but when I try to connect to iTunes to reset it to factory settings, it never finishes resetting. Anyone have any similar experiences with this?

Ipad is disabled connect to itunes This iPad has never been connected to iTunes before. We have tried the hard restart, the restart after plugging in etc... Still not working.
