Damaged AirPod sound quality

I connect my AirPods and sound only come out of one AirPod. I’ve reset my phone and done everything out there but still no sound

Only one Airpod connects I have tried everything, cleaning the charging port and resetting but whenever I connect my AirPods Pro to my phone there is still no sound that comes out of the left Airpod, what should I do?

Right airpod not working I have the AirPod pros and all the sudden the right AirPod won’t connect to my phone. The AirPods are fully charged and so is the case. I cleaned everything and even reset the AirPods but nothing is working.

One AirPod sound quality severely degraded My left AirPod has lost almost all sound quality, unless the volume on my phone is turned all the way up. The right one works perfectly. I have tried the reset trick suggested, and nothing happened with it.
