I have a boost iPhone 11 and on new network. My phone doesn’t work at home. It says no service but I can text I phones but not droids. No phone calls in or out can b made not even on Wi-Fi. My kids have boost Sevice is fine..help

I have an iPhone 11 on the new network through boost prepaid. I have had service and my kids at this time have service here in my home and we have for a year but on the old network. This new phone on new network will not make or receive calls at home on WiFi and off. I can’t make text to droids at home on or off Wi-Fi. It says no service only when home. When I leave home everything works fine. I have been working with boost for a week trying to fix the problem. Can anyone help me
