My Touch Bar is Solid Blue

I see that the Touch Bar on your Mac is all blue. I can understand your concern with this issue. If you have not tried already, restart the Mac. Often this simple step will refresh the apps and software on the device to resolve numerous issues you may encounter.

Does this occur when using a test user account or safe mode?
