Weird Ghost Apple logo Effect on screen

Hey guys so recently I got a refurbished MacBook Air off of NewEgg and after using it a bit I saw that the screen had this ghost smudge thing on it i thought it was just a smudge but its a weird ghost effect and i have no idea what it is can anyone help me? btw looking straight at the screen you cant see it and it also looks like the apple logo more pics here -> https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1e6tiDlo2aTiXHIE9r1DF4veTcosiKPTH?usp=sharing

I saw the images. Didn't look like an Apple Logo but looked like a reversed Apple Logo if the viewer wants it to be. At one point I thought it looked like an outline of a comic book character.

Regardless of what it looks like, there is something going in/on that screen. At some point it looks like a liquid smudge. I am unable to determine what exactly could that be. Are you in a position to be able to send it back to NewEgg for an exchange?
