Corrupt Database error on shortcuts

I am on ios 13.5.1, and my shortcuts app doesn’t work. I got an error message that says “Corrupt Database” and to reset my shortcuts. I don’t have icloud sync enabled. I have put months into these shortcuts. How do I get them back? even plist files would work.

Hi, thanks for the tip. I tried this, and it did not work, (so I restored the backup.) I recently discovered that by using the search function, I can search for shortcuts and see them, but not open them in the shortcuts app. I can also run shortcuts through Siri by saying the name of the shortcut. All of my shortcuts are completely intact. I cannot, however, gain any access to them through the shortcuts app or today view widget.
