Itunes Connect upload Error: Can’t download episodes from your feed.

Hi all I cant seem to find a resolution to my question on here so hoping someone knows the answer.

I am trying to upload the first episode of my podcast to iTunes Connect and I am getting the error:

 Can’t download episodes from your feed.

I have gone round the houses and googled for hours but cannot resolve.
