iPhone 11 Pro Max speaker

My iPhone 11 Pro Max speaker suddenly went low, I was playing music and then someone with an iPhone 11 came in and played a song which was louder than mine and I couldn’t hear my song at all, funny thing is I just got the phone and it’s not broken. When I got it the difference on the speaker was much compared to my iPhone X but now it’s something else I tried google and played around settings but still nothing even updated my phone. Please help
