stuck on windows 10 and can not go back to mac OS

I used Boot Camp Assistant and it worked perfectly fine, but when I restarted windows 10 on Mac, the Boot Camp Assistant disappeared and now I am stuck on windows 10 and can't go back to Mac OS.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.15

Can't use bootcamp after partitioning disk I used disk utility to partition my disk and now I'm unable to boot on windows. I resized the MacOS partition to create another for linux. Bootcamp partition didn't change and the files are still there but, I'm unable to run Windows when I select the partition during boot. Boot camp disappeared on Windows i had a problem with "page fault in nonpaged area" so i set up the windows 10 again on the iMac, the set up is successful but when i restart the iMac, it goes directly to the windows and Boot camp is disappeared restarted a few times, it goes all the way to windows straightly

if you hold down the option key at bootup it will list the partitions you can boot into
