it doesn’t show the option to update and im currently on iOS 12.4.7

The iPhone 6 can not be upgraded beyond iOS 12.4.7.
As other reponders here said, your phone can’t be updated beyond 12.4.7.

The iPhone 6 Plus is too old, it can't support iOS 13. If you want iOS 13, please buy a new, current gen iPhone.
