Yesterday I updated my Macbook Air 13" (Early 2014) with the latest version of Catalina 10.15.5.
I tried to export a video (from Premiere Pro) using Adobe Media Encoder and the laptop suddenly crashes and restarts.
Has anyone else similar problem? Could it be because of the update? Never had a similar problem before the update.

I've waited some days to see if I would face the problem. I didn't.
After several days, I re-installed macOs Catalina 10.15.5 and i don't have any problem since then.
I've exported many videos and the problem is gone.

Hi, I own an early 2015, Macbook Pro 13''. I have some similar problems. I cannot export/render videos from FCPX, imovie or any other video editing app. I downgraded but still cannot. This started after I updated to 10.15.4 but still has not been fixed in 10.15.5.
I have a 2017 MacBook Pro and it too has started crashing Premiere during export since I updated to 10.15.5. Tried updating to latest edition of Premiere CC but problem persists. Very frustrating.
