Speech to text not working on IPhone 6

As of May my speech to text or diction setting no longer works. Anyone know what the deal is?

iPhone 12 speech to text So my work gave me this IPhone 12 and every time I try to type in my text it picks up anything that is being said around me within 4 feet. I disabled everything I know of. speech to text is not working on iPhone 7/8/11 with UIWebView or WkWebView I had issue with speech to text is not working in IOS Devices with UIWebView so we have moved to UKWebView to fix this issue. Tested with iPhone 7, 8 and 11. Only iPhone 8, It is working after multiple attempts. iPhone 8, 11, it is not working at all even with multiple attempts. Are there any new plugins that needs to be added? Are there any existing plugins that needs to be upgraded ? Could you please guide us to fix this issue? Any help is appreciated!

I have iPhone 4S iOS 9.3.6, iPhone 6 12.4.7, iPhone SE iOS 13.5.1, iPhone 8 iOS 13.5.1 and an iPad Pro iPadOS 13.5.1. with no issue at all.

Sits and spins. I have tried turning it off and on (toggling diction) reset nothing
