Can I get Apple Care + on a replacement watch I paid for after my previous one broke. I went through the repair/replace method and it was replaced. I didn’t have Apple Care + Previously so this was expensive and I’m not looking to fork out again.

Apple only guarantees the replacement Apple Watch for ninety days. There is no option to extend that: Apple Watch Service and Repair
Your replacement watch has either a 90 day warranty or the remainder of your Watch warranty, in this case your AppleCare + policy.
