Refund

I have bought a n iPhone 11 in May and till this day ups still hasn’t delivered to me . What do I need to do I order to receive a refund back.

Refund I ordered an iPhone 11 today, payment went through then it got cancelled cause apple does not ship to freight forwarders. When I check my order status apple says that I have not being billed when I did. How do I get my refund back?

If you purchased online from Apple, you need to contact them directly to have them begin a case with the delivery service.
