Error iTunes 14 (Restoring iPad Pro 12" Second Generation)

I have error iTunes 14 when trying restore my iPad Pro 12" Second Generation with iTunes (Online - 13.5.1)

i try (iOS update and restore errors) for error 14

also try this method too:

1) Disabled antivirus and firewall

2) Uninstalled and re-installed iTunes to the most latest version

4) Cleaned the hosts file

5) Tried both DFU and recovery mode

6) fresh windows 10 with latest updates install

7) With updated drivers or without updates
