Why am I not getting email from one particular sender? .

If you can search in mail and find them they are probably going to junk mail. You will need to mark it as not junk and move it to your inbox.
Check their Contact you have, also check your junk mail folder. Do you receive their email on your computer?
Have you blocked them?
Deggie thank you it was under junk mail.
No not receiving her mail on laptop either. She hasn’t changed anything and I have received her e-mail for years. I deleted her from my contacts & put her back in. That didn’t help. I can do a search and see her email that way.
Not that I know of. How would I check?
