No, Apple will never "cold call" a customer with that, or any other information.

NO I have had over $1000 charged for in-app purchases I DIDN’T make and only found them whenever my bank called about suspicious activity for something unrelated! APPLE AND ITUNES HAVE DENIED ANY REFUNDS!
