Camera connector with Zoom H4n

I bought the Camera connector to input my zoom H4n as the audio for videos on my iPhone and iPad. Generally the setup works, but the sound keeps cutting out intermittently. Any suggestions how to remedy this problem? Thanks in advance.

shutter sound not working on 14 pro max. after the last security update and after the last snapchat update the shutter sound to the camera has been disabled. apple needs to fix the shutter sound to sync with the ringer volume like they have always done. only after the last update it took it away. only way to get the shutter sound is if you turn your speaker volume all the way up. which isn’t helpful bc i forget it’s up all the way whek listening to music or videos. plus it’s annoying just to have to turn the volume up just to hear the shutter sound. swme thing with snapchat except even with volume up the shutter sound doesn’t work.

Bad Audio on Camera app When I record a video through the Camera app, the audio playback is awful and consistently muffled. However, if I record video through any other app e.g. Snapchat, the audio is crystal clear. Anyone know what’s up?

12 pro max shutter sound I bought the 12 pro max for myself and the regular 12 for my wife ... she has shutter sound when taking a photo but my max pro has no sound at all.. bought from the same Apple store at the same time here in China, so just wondering whats going on?
