I cannot use automated phone systems. They just won’t recognize my touch tone. I’ve been told to change my iPhone 11 from pulse to tone. No one seems to understand how to do this. Anyone?

There is no pulse dialing on a cell phone. It is all touch tone. What type of automated phone system are you trying to access and what error message do you get?
