I am getting calls from a 870 phone number telling me my cloud has been hacked. How do I know if this is real?

I want to know if these area code 870 numbers that are calling me telling my cloud has been compromised is real or a scam.

Please help :]

Definitely a scam.


Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
