my iphone does not show up in itunes next to the music window. when phone is pluged in the computer it shows up in the drives. how can i make the icon show up so i can back up my phone on my computer? i am trying to back up my iPhone 6 on to my computer. I have down loaded the newest version of iTunes but when i plug in my phone the phone icon next to music does not show up. The phone when plugged into my computer does show up in the drives on my computer.
