That's an MP3 player, is that correct?
You cannot add it to your account, iTunes works with Apple devices, but even iPods are not "added to an account". Instead, they are simply used with iTunes.
If you mean how do you put music that's listed in your iTunes Library (programme on the computer) onto your mp3 player, consult the instructions for that player.
