Last September, I bought Macbook Pro, It has been more than 60 days since the day I bought it. Can I buy Apple care+ after 60 days? I get confused because there are several sources that said it can be bought within 1 year.

If you've seen within one year of purchase, it would be for the AppleCare Protection Plan, which is no longer available in most countries.
