iPhone XR won't connect to ANY wifi

So I've had mp phone for 6 months now and randomly in the middle of the day today it stopped connecting to wifi. And when I put my mobile data on, it only works (slowly) for Google Chrome and none of my apps. At first I thought maybe the issue was my office wifi until I tried and failed to connect to the bus and home's wifi.

I've done everything from restarting my phone restarting my home router and resetting my network settings and nothing is working.

PS I have a MacBook Air and it is working and connecting to everything just fine

Please help
