Sorry no, not the latest magic keyboard: that's a hardware incompatibility, as already stated by LotusPilot.
If I'm not wrong, the new magic keyboard can be used only on these models, running iPadOS 13.4 or later:
12.9" iPad Pro (3rd or 4rth generation)
11" iPad Pro (1st or 2nd generation)

Yes. iPadOS 13 or later (now 13.5.1) is supported by your iPad (if it really is iPad 12.9 1st generation).
