Syncing OneNote between iPad and MacBook

I've been having a lot of trouble since I bought my iPad syncing OneNote between it and my MacBook. I've tried re-starting, re-installing, logging out and logging in again...no love.

Also tried chatting with Apple Support who, as usual, we bereft of any helpful ideas.

Just thought I'd see if anyone on here had any tips :)

Notes App Syncing in Only One Direction This question has been asked here a number of times and never answered. iCloud Notes Syncing does not work at all iCloud notes syncing does not work at all. Before, when I did any notes I could start them off on my Mac and continue on my iPad, or vice versa. Now absolutely NOTHING is working. I even have iCloud + with 2TB of storage and it’s still very very slow, unreliable, and horrible. Apple needs to fix this, or is it just my devices? All of my devices are updated to the latest software and iCloud syncing is on.
