Locked iPhone but never backed it up to computer

I never backed it up to a computer, can I just reset it?

How did your phone get locked? If it is disabled, you will need to restore it through iTunes on your computer and without a backup, you will lose everything on your phone. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
